Nepal Cuisines

Nepalese cuisine varies with its culture and caste depending on the food component available and their prices and its good for health. Generally Nepalese meals combination of Indian, Chinese and Tibetan meals . Nepal’s Cuisine  keeps its own sparkle because  Wheat, Rice, Lentils, Corn and Potatoes grow here as well as Nepal’s climate helps to grow this corns.  

Nepal’s cuisine basic things spice and flavors i.e. ginger, garlic, coriander, pepper, cumin, chilies, cilantro, mustard oil, ghee and irregularly yak butter is making delicious Nepalis meal. The Nepalese main meal is Dal (Lentil), Bhat (Rice) and Tarkari(curried vegetables ). In Nepal has restriction to eat beef because Hindu religious. Famous drinks in Nepal is home made Liquor, tonga and thon.
