There are 21 golf courses within fifteen minutes of the hotel, ten have hosted championships, and five have been qualifiers for the Open at Muirfield. If you enjoy birdwatching, you can visit Aberlady Bay, the headquarters of the new Scottish Ornithological Centre. Located 25 minutes drive from Edinburgh, you can also reach the city centre in 40 minutes on the good bus service that stops in front of the hotel. From Glasgow and West Scotland -Join M8 to Edinburgh City bypass A720, then take A1 south exit at Bankton junction following signs to North Berwick. Travel through Longniddry to Aberlady. From South and East - Follow A1 North Exit at Haddington junction. Join A6137 to Aberlady. Coaches stay on A1 and take Bankton Junction to avoid low bridge. The Hotel is situated on Main Street on the left hand side.
