The Hampshire Court Hotel is a modern, leisure hotel, featuring nine tennis courts and set on the outskirts of Basingstoke, three miles from the centre of the city and 21 miles from historic Winchester Cathedral. London Heathrow Airport is 50 miles away, an approximate driving time of 55 minutes. Hotel Features. Getting there. The Heathrow Express train service to London Paddington Station leaves every 15 minutes. From Paddington Station take the underground Bakerloo Line to London Waterloo. Services to Basingstoke run regularly from London Waterloo, and the station is three miles from the hotel. A taxi from Heathrow should cost approximately 45 GBP to the hotel. Due to the location on the outskirts of town, a car would be the best way of getting around. Driving directions. From the M4 exit at Junction 11 and follow A33 towards Basingstoke.
