A centrally located Townhouse (Boutique) Hotel with 14 en suite rooms. The entire premises is non smoking and room rates include free parking and unlimited broadband access in your room. 24 Hour room service available and the Hotels Restaurant is the only Japanese Restaurant in Bath.The hotel is located in a Grade 1 listed building over 6 floors and has been restored as closely as possible to its original state having been refurbished to the highest standard and retains many of the original features of the late Georgian and early Victorian periods which unfortunately means there is no lift / elevator. Being a 5 minute walk from the city centre the hotel is ideally located away from the noise of the city centre but conveniently close enough to walk throughout this world heritage city A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. We do recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen instances that may require you to cancel the room within the 2 day cancellation period.The hotel premises is entirely non smoking and should you smoke in the room an additional 75 will be charged to cover extra cleaning requirements.Management reserve the right to charge for any damages losses or breakages .Any additional charges incurred after check out will be charged on the payment instrument used to settle the bill.The Hotel does not accept pets with the only exception being guide dogs.

From Paddington catch the train for Bath Spa. Alternatively take the bus to Reading and catch the train to Bath Spa. Traveling time about 2 hours. Buses also run directly from Heathrow airport and can be taken to the Bath bus station which is next to Bath Spa Railway Station.
