The conference rooms may also be taken advantage of as can the room, laundry and medical services. A good-value hotel, well located hotel offering all the facilities one would expect from a city centre three-star. The decor is dated but the hotel is currently undergoing renovation to lift the standard of the hotel into 4-star status. (02/08 KB) A modern, red bricked building, with limited parking available. The hotel is located on Hagley Road, one of the main roads in Birmingham centre running up towards Edgbaston. Hagley Road is part of the re-developed area of Birmingham and is buzzing with new bars and restaurants.

Guest Rooms The rooms all vary in size and design, as one would expect in an old Victorian building. Each room has all the conveniences one expects in a three-star hotel such as tea/coffee making facilities, trouser press, etc. The rooms and the bathrooms are in a fair condition but typical of Hagley Road hotels.

From the M6 - Exit junction 6, take the A38 (M) City Centre sign, follow signs for Inner Ring Road West, M5 and Kidderminster. Then take signs for A456 Edgbaston and Ladywood. This leads onto the Hagley Road, the hotel is on the right. From the M5 - Exit junction 3, take the A456 Birmingham West sign, this road leads onto Hagley Road, the hotel is approximately 4 miles on the left. From the M40 - Continue to the end on the M40, join M42 West (Bromsgrove) join M5.
