The quintessential sea-front hotel boasts stunning, panoramic views over the Irish Sea, Morcambe Bay and the Isle of Man. The Doric Hotel features 103 en-suite bedrooms, executive suites and family suites to accommodate all needs and tastes. All rooms are conveniently equipped with colour televisions, radio sets, tea and coffee facilities, telephones and hair-dryers. The Doric Hotel was recently taken over by the Taylor family and has since become one of Blackpools premier family-run hotels, due in no small part to the warm and hospitable nature it encompasses. During school holidays and lingering summer months, children will always find something to do at The Doric. We feature nightly childrens entertainment, a beautiful, heated, outdoor pool and a sprawling sunbathing patio. Adults are of course welcome to use such facilities for themselves, but perhaps might also peruse our wonderful indoor pool with sauna, the Turkish steam room and spa, log-cabin steam room or relaxing, garden conservatory. We offer numerous options on our Tabledote menu, complete with a generous wine menu selected specifically to compliment each dish. A full and varied entertainment programme naturally, also features. Our seafront hotel has become very popular since the Taylor family took over in the summer of 2001. It offers a wide range of facilities and affordable holidays for everyone, from younger families to over 55s. How to reach for Doric Hotel Blackpool
From the M6, take junction 32 onto the the M55. Exit the M55 at junction 3 and turn right at the roundabout sign-posted Fleetwood A585. At the first set of lights turn left following signs for Blackpool. At the next set of lights go straight ahead following signs for Blackpool A586. At the first roundabout turn right, sign-posted Fleetwood A587. Continue over the railway bridge then turn left at the lights sign-posted Promenade B5265. Continue forward at the roundabout. At the next roundabout turn right onto the promenade. We are approximately 0.5 miles on the right.We are approximately 1.5 miles from Blackpools main North Train station.
