The hotel has been family run for over 4 generations. nivens health club is available for all our guests from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily, 3 gymnasiums, poolside bar, jacuzzi, squash court, sauna, hair salon, beauty and massage. it 05/06. the exterior of the building has large colonial columns with a pitched slate rooms and at night is illuminated with a blue halogen glow. the hotel has 100 bedrooms, all of which are en-suite. all rooms are equipped with remote colour television, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser press, hairdryer and direct dial telephone as standard.there are a wide range of rooms from single to superior sea view rooms and two luxury penthouse suite with dressing. the newly opened vettrianos restaurant is open for early breakfast from 07:00 -09:30 and dinner is served between 07:00-08:30 pm. the restaurant is modern in design serving the best of home cooked food and is popular with tourists and locals alike. the lobby and entrance has a large amtico flooring with surrounding lounges decorated with a dark and light brown furnishings and a theme of the famous artist jack vettriano bringing you to the front desk of where you are welcomed by a reception desk made from local granite.

M6 to M55 towards Blackpool. As you approach junction 4, move into middle lane, follow road onto dual carriageway. Stay in left hand lane. At roundabout take 3rd exit to St Annes & Blackpool. Follow road through 1 set of lights, at the next set turn left onto Common Edge Road. Straight on at next set of lights on the Queensway, pass the Queensway pub, next turning on the right onto St.Annes Road east. Drive over St.Annes Bridge into St.Annes Square, then onto the promenade. Turn left on the promenade, the Fernlea Hotel is approximately 50 yards on left.
