We are a small friendly hotel, only yards from sea front parking, and Views of the Sea from our garden; guest lounge; and one family room. All with no extra charge! We are very centrally located and a short distance from all Blackpools attractions. REGRETTABLY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT PETS, GROUPS AGED UNDER 25, HEN OR STAG PARTIES.Also, we are less than 10 minutes away from many more main attractions, including Theatres; Clubs; Cinema; Central Pier; Blackpool Tower; Winter Gardens etc. and only a short Tram Ride from Cocker Street to the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park and South Pier on the South Shore.With all of these attractions on our doorstep, this does not compromise you having a peaceful nights sleep as we cater for families, couples and small groups only, and are located just far enough away from the late night clubs not to disturb you.Phoenix Guest House is fully central heated with each room having teacoffee facilities, TV and towels, iron, hairdryers on request. There is a comfortable Guest Lounge available during the daytime and evenings, with its own TV. Our recently refurbished rooms, sleeping 2 to 5 persons, now have the convenience of full en-suite facilities.Our Dining Room comfortably seats up to 20 people, and we are proud of our traditional, Full English Breakfast which satisfies our guests and sets them up for Blackpools multitude of attractions and activities.All of our room rates are based on Room Only for the convenience of our guests who would prefer to make their own arrangements, but for ONLY an additional £3.00 you can enjoy .Full English Breakfast (Sausages, Bacon, Egg, Hash Brown, Tomato, Beans).....or Vegetarian option (Scrambled Eggs, Hash Browns, Tomato, Beans) With .
