Each contemporary apartment is furnished with both the business and leisure traveller in mind, offering a secure, private and flexible environment, boasting all the modern conveniences with unparalleled service delivered in an intimate, friendly, home-away-from-home atmosphere. Harbourside Serviced Apartments provide the space and flexibility that a traditional hotel stay cannot offer. Each apartment has a reception and dining area, fully furnished bedroom(s) and a fully equipped kitchen and an en-suite. As well as the fashionable dcor each apartment contains the latest in communication and audiovisual technology, including wireless Internet, flat screen televisions in living and bedrooms, CD and DVD player. We offer a Meet and Greet Service at this location available from 8am until 8pm 7 days per week. Check in outside these hours is subject to availability by prior arrangement only, please call laterooms prior to booking to guarantee out of hours check in. Email address and telephone number must be provided on Laterooms confirmation to ensure full check in procedure is sent to you arrival. On arrival reservation number, photo identification and full payment, along with credit card details to guarantee extras and dilapidation. A refundable security deposit of £200 pre-authorisation on a credit card is taken for all bookings regardless of length of stay. The lead guest must be 21 years of age or older. A picture ID from the lead guest such as driving license must be seen upon arrival and match the name on the credit card used for payment. Cancellations must be made via Laterooms no later than 3 days prior to the arrival date to avoid incurring a cancellation penalty.

Driving InstructionsFrom the north take exit 15 from the M5 onto the M4 towards Bristol. From the London, East and Wales take the M4. Exit the M4 at junction 19 and continue onto the M32 for 4 miles. Continue onto A4032, then continue onto A4044 Bond Street. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto The Haymarket (A38), continue along this road and follow signs for A4. Continue in the right hand lane around the large roundabout and take the 2nd exit, signposted A4 or St Augustines Parade. Take the left hand lane (cobbled street) and continue onto A4, Canons Road. Go past the Explore@Bristol building on your left. Immediately after the second set of traffic lights take a left onto Canons Way. The Crescent complex is the large green coloured building on your right hand side.
