Welcome to Abertay Guest HouseThe proprietors, Catherine and Karl Victor, look forward to giving you a warm welcome and an unforgettable stay in their new guest house.Abertay Guest House is situated close to Broughty Ferrys town centre, with its wealth of shops, restaurants and pubs. Broughty Ferry is a suburb of Dundee, sitting at the mouth of the River Tay, with stunning views towards Dundee and the two bridges.Dundee city is approximately 5 miles away, easily reached by bus.We have 5 rooms with ensuite and 1 with private facilities and wash basin in the room, there are 2 double, 2 twinsingle, 1 family and 1 superior room. We offer a full breakfast menu (please ask for details) included in the room rate. Broughty Ferry is ideally situated for many of the best Golf courses in Scotland. It has a delightful collection of shops. restuarants, pubs and art galleries. We are situated only 2 min walk from the beach and 5 min from the town centre.We can also offer all office facilities for the business man including wireless internet connection, fax, phone, copyier, scanner, colour printer, shredder (some free and some with small charge). We accept most creditdebit cards.

How to reach for Abertay Guest House
From South follow map directions for Dundee then from Dundee, follow the Kingsway bypass all the way round until you come to direction signs for Arbroath Road. Take the exit left onto Arbroath Road and follow for approx 1 mile to traffic lights and sign for Broughty Ferry - take right filter onto Claypots road. Follow down to next set traffic lights at Queens Road junction, turn left onto Queens Road and continue through second and third set of traffic lights,along Monifieth Road, we are on the left side at junction with Panmure Road.Turn left into Panmure Road for parking at rear of Abertay.From the North, from Forfar Road turn left down the Kingsway to exit for Arbroath Rd. then follow directions as above.
