This is a small family run property close to the heart of Edinburgh. It is recommended for those on a budget or those not requiring luxury whilst in Edinburgh. A Victorian style terrace building. Rooms are medium in size and in good condition. Although relatively basic in design, rooms are comfortable and warm. There is no restaurant; however the hotel serves breakfast on the ground floor. Small in size as one would except, as this property has only 16 rooms. The helpful reception staff are always on hand to assist guests. Located opposite green parkland, this small hotel is just a 5-7 minute drive from the city centre. For the keen walker, it is possible to reach the centre by foot! This is a pleasant part of the city, 20 minutes from the airport.
