This 20 appealing apartments are located on the Royal Mile or within a radius of 250 m of it. They are also within easy reach of the Grassmarket, the Georgian New Town and the new west harbour construction.The Scottish apartments are organised like a hotel and offer apartments in and around the Scottish capital. Each apartment is located in a historic building with a lift, therefore it's possible that Guests will have to climb a couple of flights of stairs.All check-ins take place at the reception in the main office at 6 Queen Street, EH2 1JE, Edinburgh. Guests receive their key here and the information about where the apartment is situated. Check-in times are between 3pm and 10pm. There is an emergency number that guests can call at any time if there is an emergency. For guests who want to check-in after 10pm there are key safes with maps an keys allowing the guests to check-in for themselves. Distance to Edinburgh Apartments is 8 miles, approximately 30 minutes' drive. Getting there. Airlink 100 operates express bus services to the city centre. Buses run every 10 minutes and depart from the bus station next to the terminal. An open-return pass costs 5 GBP. The N22 night bus runs between midnight and 4 a.m. Taxis wait at a rank next to the terminal, and cost approximately 10 GBP-20 GBP to the city centre, depending on traffic and time of day. Waverley, Edinburgh's main railway station, can be reached by bus or taxi. Regular trains leave Waverley for Glasgow and most major destinations throughout Scotland and England. Prices are all subject to change. Getting around. Edinburgh city and the Lothian region are served by a good bus network. There are hop-on, hop-off stops for city bus tours throughout central Edinburgh. Black cabs are available from the streets. The historic centre's cobbled streets are best explored by foot.
