The Greenway is a fine example of a beautiful Elizabethan manor house nestling in the golden glow of the glorious Cotswold Hills. Perhaps the finest country house hotel near Cheltenham, it has retained its historic features and charming character and takes its name from the pre-Roman path which runs beside the building which dates from its construction in 1584. Set in gardens of national renown, The Greenway is so convenient for both Cheltenham and the Cotswolds, as well as being less than 10 minutes drive from the M5. Furnished with fresh flowers and antique furniture, our hall, restaurant and public rooms offer our guests a combination of sophisticated elegance and rural informality. Our twenty-one bedrooms are individually furnished to very high standards, many boasting high quality original antique furniture and all boasting stylish en-suite bathrooms.
