Colin and Brenda Grant offer a warm Scottish welcome to holiday visitors and business delegates to our attractive, friendly and comfortable home. We are small privately owned and managed, offering twelve individually decorated. bedroms, on two levels all accessed by sta.irs.. Sorry we do not have a ground floor bedroom VisitBritain 4 Star guest accommodation. We are centrally located opposite the International Conference Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre and the bus and train stations.We have a private car park, also on street parking permits for your car.We look forward to offering you the facilities of a large hotel, but with a homely and friendly atmosphere.The rooms, all non smoking, all en-suite, a few with baths, all with complimentary toiletries, are decorated to a very high standard. Each with controllable central heating, remote control multi channel colour television. Direct dial telephone, Free WI - FI laptop internet access , hair dryer, alarm clock radio and beverage welcome tray. A bottle of Harrogate Spa water to refresh you. Members of deliciouslyorkshire breakfast promoting fresh local produce for breakfast. Access at all times once you have checked in. Sorry we cannot accommodate children under 12 years old. Check in from 3.00pm The latest check in is at 10.00pm. Check in after 10.30pm will not be accepted as we do not have a night porter.

Visit Britain Four Star guest accomodation, centrally located opposite the International Conference Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations. We are a town house with stairs to all levels. Sorry we do not have a ground floor bedroom. We have our own private car park next to the hotel, and look forward to offering you the facilities you expect, but with a homely and friendly atmosphere. Access at all times once checked in. We do not serve dinner now as there are more than seventy restaurants a five minute walk from us into town. There is a trouser press, iron and ironing board available.

Travel along Kings Road with the International Conference/Exhibition Centre on your left, after passing the Conference centre complex, accross from the traffic lights, is the front of Alvera Court. To park your car, go through the traffic lights, and the next road on the right is Studley Road, turn into Studley Road, part way up on the right at the Doctors Surgery is a small lane, travel down it and at the bottom is our car park. This is at the side of the house and clearly marked at the rear with a sign Alvera Court.
