A very good standard 3 star hotel with Free Wi-Fi available across the hotel. Refurbished rooms are of a high standards. Hotel is extremely busy with functions / weddings so please be aware that the restaurant may not always be available for dining in. Location is good for both Leeds and Bradford visits. With friendly staff and cosy decor the hotel provides and excellent option for those guests truely looking for a home-from-home stay. (KB 03/08)A modern 2 storey building painted a delicate cream colour. Limited parking available at the front of the hotel, but other parking is available on the streets in front of the property.The lobby is of a medium size with a seating area available. Recently refurbished the area is decorated to a high standard.

Refurbished rooms though are of an very good standard and are modern and chic in design, but bathrooms are still of an older style but in a fair condition.
