The hotel is also located close to many attractions and transport links. ***LOCATION*** The hotel is situated in the upmarket Kensington area within walking distance from the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gardens and the famous shopping areas such as High Street Kensington, Harrods and designer shops of Knightsbridge or the Portobello market in the nearby trendy Notting Hill area. The closest tube station is High Street Kensington (5 mins) which is served by the Circle and District lines that go directly to most of London's tourist attractions such as Buckingham Palace, the Big Ben or Tower of London (all within 10-20min journey). Victoria Station for trains to Gatwick is 4 stops away and Paddington station for trains to Heathrow only 3 stops away. ***EXTERIOR*** The property is a 6-storey beautiful red brick building dating back to the 18th century. ***LEISURE FACILITIES***The hotel has extensive fitness and leisure facilities including gym, sauna and state-of-the-art swimming pool. Every room is equipped with DVD/CD players, Satellite TV, private safe, bathrobes, hair dryer, mini-bar, Panhaligon's toiletries, modem/fax points, data port for internet access, air-conditioning, deluxe tea and coffee facilities.
