The smartly designed kitchen is equipped with a full compliment of ultra modern appliances finished with uber cream white cabinetry. The bathroom has a tub as well as shower facilities. In addition to all the above mentiond high spec appliances the apartment has the use of the latest samsung 40" white framed LCD TV. The apartment also benefits from the use of a balcony. 2 double bedroom apartment - The Spectrum two bedroom apartments are very spacious complete with a full bathroom and a second en suite shower room to the master bedroom. The living area has a pair of sumptuous leather sofas, smart glass chrome dining suite and finished with a glass swivel coffee table. The kitchen area is cool white, clean and modern. Our two bed apartments as with our other styles has the use of a dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, oven and hob and a full compliment of kitchen utensils and crockery. In keeping with our desire to only fit the highest spec appliances we have fitted the living room with the latest samsung 40" white framed LCD TV. The apartment enjoys the use of a large private balcony.
